The 3rd Annual WIS Meeting took place on Wednesday June 18th at 6:30PM at the Weston Hills Country Club.
This year’s Women in Surgery (WIS) Meeting brought together surgeons, trainees, and leaders from across the South Florida region for an inspiring evening centered on wellness, intentional leadership, and connection.
We were honored to welcome Dr. Sharon L. Stein, colorectal surgeon and host of The Intentional Surgeon podcast, as our featured speaker. Drawing from her experience as an executive coach & nationally-recognized mentor, Dr. Stein delivered an engaging & thoughtful session on cultivating sustainable wellness in surgery, effective communication, and leading with purpose.
Attendees enjoyed a night of networking, shared stories, and practical takeaways, all set against the beautiful backdrop of Weston Hills Country Club.
