
The South Florida Chapter of the American College of Surgeons (SFACS) 2025 Annual Meeting was held on November 8th at the Weston Hills Country Club in Weston, FL with a record number of 178 registrants!
We want to thank all of the attendees, presenters, and moderators from various institutions across South Florida and beyond who helped make the 2025 Annual Meeting a huge success! Featured Speaker: Dr. Carla Pugh
We were honored to have Carla M. Pugh, MD, PhD, FACS, Thomas Krummel Professor of Surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine & Director of the Technology Enabled Clinical Improvement (T.E.C.I) Center, as our guest speaker. Dr. Pugh shared her knowledge of precision learning with wearable technology in surgery in her keynote presentation.
